• HARAYA SHOWCASE

An Immersive Afternoon of Art, Architecture, and Legacy

You are invited to an afternoon shaped by precision, discipline, and lived experience. A private gathering defined by craftsmanship that honors history while building toward the future.

Haraya Residences, a development by Shang Robinsons Properties Inc., is reimagined through the lens of Galerie Angelique and Ange Lorraine Fine Jewelry, led by A‑L.C.L. Wagenknecht—physicist, goldsmith, author, and curator—whose work spans scientific research, fine craftsmanship, and cultural preservation. Her practice moves across disciplines with the same rigor, treating science and art as parallel frameworks for structure, memory, and meaning.

This event marks a first in the Philippines—where merit and integrity form the foundation on which legacy is built.

Each of Galerie Angelique’s in-residence and guest artists was selected for both the quality of their work and the clarity of their values. Some are emerging. Others have gone overlooked. But all were selected on the basis of shared values.

    This is not a reinvention.
It is the introduction of standards that have long been absent in the auction world.

For the first time, an auction in the Philippines will follow international standards—measured, structured, and built to inform as much as it offers.

    Haraya reflects that same approach—
Architecturally grounded. Culturally attuned. Built under the premise of legacy and heirloom standards—carried with the warmth and soul of the Filipino.

    • A preview of A Bear for Every Hour—an illustrated fable archive and stuffed animal collection, drawn from lived experience, built for those who’ve never fit cleanly into systems, but saw everything.

  • A portion of proceeds from the Ange Lorraine × Haraya Auction will support Backpack of Life—an educational initiative providing essential supplies and learning tools to students from underserved communities, including those with invisible disabilities such as autism, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

Vetted by curator A‑L.C.L. Wagenknecht, Backpack of Life was founded by long-time educator Rowena Villareal, with whom she shares a deep understanding of what it means to move through the world—particularly the educational system—as a neurodivergent individual.

While many educational initiatives are built around special needs, few are led by those who live with them. Both Villareal and Wagenknecht have invisible disabilities. Their bond was formed not around theory, but shared experience—navigating a system that often dismisses what it can’t immediately see.

For Wagenknecht, returning to the Philippines was not just a homecoming—it was a decision to confront the very barriers that once forced her to seek support abroad. Years of gatekeeping, dismissal, and systemic gaps made involvement no longer optional. Joining forces with Villareal was a natural response to a shared reality: too many are still being overlooked.

This is not charity as branding.
It is a return, a reckoning, and a commitment.

  • Ange Lorraine Fine Jewelry & Galerie Angelique: Where Integrity is Forged in Gold

Founded by A-L.C.L. Wagenknecht ("Angelica"), a former NASA U.S. Department of Defense physicist, Galerie Angelique and Ange Lorraine Fine Jewelry are not just businesses—they are a testament. A testament that integrity is not a luxury, but a necessity.

It began with a betrayal—a jeweler tried to steal a stone meant for her wedding rings, a gem personally mined by her partner, U. Wolfgang Wagenknecht. But she didn’t crumble. She strategized. With the funds meant for her own jewelry, Wolfgang helped her build Ange Lorraine Fine Jewelry—a brand where every piece has a soul—where every gemstone, every curvilinear scroll, twist, and adornment are chapters of a story.

This isn't just jewelry—it’s history in your hands. The Wagenknecht Ring is proof—recognized by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) as the world’s first engagement ring to feature a golden heart-shaped South Sea pearl, harvested from Philippine waters. This is what happens when precision meets principle.

But Angelica didn’t stop there. She opened Galerie Angelique—not just as a tribute to those who helped her build Ange Lorraine Fine Jewelry, but as a lifeline for Filipino artists whose brilliance could have been overlooked in a world obsessed with mass production. Here, they are given an international platform—where craftsmanship and storytelling converge.

In November 2024, Ange Lorraine Limited Liability Company debuted its first immersive salon—a prelude to classical living for contemporary times.

This May 2025, the story continues, together with Shang Robinsons Properties Inc. and the visionary Haraya Residences, designed by Francesca Muzio.

    Where science builds the bones,
    art shapes the memory,
and the soul comes to life.

Proceeds support Backpack of Life—a charity hand-picked by Angelica herself. Founded by Rowena, a steadfast ally who stood by her when the world seemed hostile to neurodivergents.

For those who value substance over spectacle—welcome. Your invitation awaits.
